Antenatal Breastfeeding Support

£110 - Duration: 90mins
​
This session again within your own home or online via Zoom, can really help prepare you for when your baby arrives to get breastfeeding off to a good start and to help trouble shoot any concerns that you may have about breastfeeding. A information pack to help with your preparation will also be given.
You can combine this with early post-natal follow up and support after the birth of your baby, see ante-natal /post-natal package below.
Postnatal Support Visit

£110 - Duration: 60-90 mins
​
A full history of your pregnancy, your birth, your baby’s health and how breastfeeding has been progressing for you and a comprehensive breastfeeding assessment will be undertaken. I can fully assess your baby’s tongue mobility and identify any restrictions that may be impacting on breastfeeding. A bespoke feeding plan is created with you, plus weekly follow up via phone/email/text for 2 weeks after the visit to give ongoing support.
Antenatal/Postnatal Package

£ 240 - Duration: Three visits of 60-90 minutes
One visit before your baby is born to help prepare and discuss any concerns you may have and one after birth time to suit you, and one follow up at your discretion visit plus weekly follow up via phone/email/text until baby is 5 weeks of age. Booked in advance
Baby Massage Course
Group course no more that 5 per group £40 per person Duration: 60 minute session per week over 5 week period
(Ideal for Friendship Groups, post natal groups or NCT antenatal groups. Contact me to discuss your requirements)

£200 - Duration: 60 minute sessions per week over 5 week period in you own home
​
5 sessions an hour each over consecutive weeks
Full body massage routine and short routine to help with colic taught
Detailed handouts given every week to help you practice the strokes
No special equipment needed, just a mat, towel and floor space
(Oils to be used; discussed at booking)

Post tongue tie division package
Tongue tie division can be traumatic for you and your baby, feeding often feels like it is going backwards after the division rather than progressing. This visit offers support with positioning and attachment at the breast in the days after the division and a subsequent visit the following week to ensure that you feel confident with breastfeeding your baby.

£200 - Duration: 2x 60-90 minute home visit sessions​

*You may want to consider a 1-2-1 baby restorative massage course when feeding has settled as an addition to the package.
